1. Purpose and Operation

These Terms of Service govern the use of the SaaS application known as BiblioPrix. The service is not operated by a commercial corporation but by an independent programmer (an individual).

All billing and payments (for scan credits) are handled directly with the creator via specific contact or a direct payment process.

2. Arbitrage Engines & Use

BiblioPrix is a data aggregator that identifies book price discrepancies across various platforms. By using the application:

• You agree not to alter or degrade the server infrastructure and scanning tools provided by the platform.
• You acknowledge that pricing information collected on the web can fluctuate rapidly, and the service does not guarantee absolute profitability.
• Your use must remain strictly within the allocations allowed by your "credits" balance.

3. Payment & Credits

Because this service is provided by an individual, the payment methods for acquiring credits (1 credit = 1 performed scan) will be notified to you by the platform during contact or the subscription phase.

Credits are final and non-refundable once activated on your account.

4. Service Interruption

As a specialized technical service operated independently, the application may undergo maintenance or experience interruptions related to data services (such as Keepa or third-party marketplaces). We make every effort to ensure continuity, but we decline all liability in the event of unavoidable disruptions to the data feeds.
